Prices quoted are for 4 day minimum reservation. Rates do not apply to weekends or conventions. Deposits are non-transferable. Personal checks not accepted for balance. Balance due on arrival in cash, traveler’s checks, or money orders. Reservations held until 5:00 pm unless notified. Deposits and payments refundable if notified 15 days in advance of arrival date subject to 25% cancellation fee. Deposit is applied to last night of rental. Sorry, no pets.
No refunds on cancellations, early departures, weather conditions or no-shows. All holiday weekends-3 day minimum.

Misrepresentation voids reservations and will result in forfeiture of prepaid amounts. All reservations are subject to confirmation and causes beyond our control. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Minimum age 25. We are not responsible for loss of any kind. All guests and all visitors must be registered at office. One parking space per unit. Vehicles must fit within designated spaces.
