Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes - Two Nights' Deposit required to confirm reservations - These rates apply to advance reservations only - Prices quoted are for 4 day minimum reservation - Rates do not apply to weekends or conventions - Deposits are non-Transferable - Personal checks not accepted for balance - Visa & MasterCard - Balance due on arrival in Cash, Travelers Checks, or Money Orders - Reservations held until 5:00 PM unless notified - Deposits and payments refundable if notified 15 days in advance of arrival date subject to 25% cancellation fee. - Deposit is applied to last night of rental. - Visiting Guests may use the pool and facilities only if registered (at the same rate as extra person) - Sorry, no pets. -
